FLT Driver – Temp to Perm

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to handle various materials. The Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other equipment to load and unload goods safely.
• Safety checks required on the FLT Trucks prior to use
• Perform heavy lifting as required, moving materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain an organised environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Conduct materials handling tasks efficiently while adhering to company policies.
• Perform heavy lifting as necessary, adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

• Must have an in date counterbalance license
• Proficient in basic maths for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
• Experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes.
• At least 3 years experience driving Forklift trucks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple deliveries and schedules effectively.
