Job Description

Full and Part time Food Retail Shop Assistants are required for a new and exciting upscale retail concept based in Sevenoaks in Kent. The successful candidates will play a key part in welcoming customers and providing outstanding customer service in all our locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Customer Facing role – Deliver an amazing customer experience
• Assist in the organization and display of a clean and attractive customer area
• Ensure all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times
• Ensure accurate cash handling when using our POS systems
• Ensure deliveries are put away properly

Candidate Profile & Experience

• Passionate about Food and Customer Service
• Experience as a shop assistant in similar customer facing environment ideal not essential
• Positive and cheery disposition – ability to work with different personalities and backgrounds is a must
• Flexible and adaptive – ability to work under changing conditions and thrives under pressure
• Genuine interest in food – ability to learn product details and provide information is key
• Excellent communication skills and ability to take instruction
• Organised & Good attention to detail
• Must be a team player – you will be a part of a fun fast paced team where communication is key
• Full UK Driving Licence ideal not essential however must be able to commute to the shop independently (please check your location first before applying)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
