Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Upsell additional items to customers
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
– Assist in basic food preparation tasks
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
– Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
Skills:
– Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
– Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
– Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Experience with cash handling is a plus
