Front of house staff (available Mon-Fri mornings)

Overview
We are currently seeking fully flexible Front of House staff to join our team in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant work ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers. We still would love to hear from you if you have no experience but have a great can do attitude and a friendly, smiley personality and are willing to learn. We currently have a lot of students working our FOH and they will be returning to their studies in the coming weeks so we need a couple of new people to mainly work during the day, Monday to Friday, but not exclusively these hours depending on the businesses needs.

Duties
– Greet and assist customers as they enter the establishment
– Take customer orders and process payments accurately
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front end area
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
– Assist with catering orders and help with beverage preparation when needed

Qualifications
– Previous experience in hospitality, bartending and barista work is advantageous but full training will be provided to the ideal inexperienced candidate also
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour
