Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced store supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong retail experience. Previous supervisory experience is desirable however not essential. This is a Full Time position that will cover various shifts including weekdays and weekends. Not suitable for students.

Applicants must be over 18 due to the selling of tobacco / lottery products.

You will be working in a busy and friendly working environment.

Key duties will include:

-Provide a first class service to all our customers in an efficient and friendly manner

-Work as part of a team to ensure our store maintains a good replenishment rate is well stocked/ tidied

-Stock rotation and keeping up to date with store policies such as our reductions and waste policy

-Assist the store manager with administrative duties

-Cash handling and balancing

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills will also be key for this role. Flexibility in working hours will be required. Full time and part time positions available.
