General Maintenance Assistant

Job Description

Kings Court is a 26 bed care home situated in the centre of town.

We are currently looking for someone to support our maintenance man.

The role is for 12 hours a week and will mainly involve –

• painting and garden maintenance
• Responsible for fire alarm testing and general maintenance on a Friday as well as usual painting and gardening work
• Additional 20 hours to cover annual leave (5 times a year (mon-fri))
• on call annual leave cover

The hours are Friday 9 -3 (non-negotiable) plus a day of your choice 9 -3

Our ideal candidate will need to be organised, have a good sense of humour, have keen attention to detail and be hard working.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
