Go-Kart Track Marshal

HOURS: Full time and Part-time/flexible – MUST be able to work evenings and weekends as well as workdays.
LOCATION: Dansteed Way, Milton Keynes, MK13 8NP

Daytona Milton Keynes is recruiting for a: Go-Kart Track Marshal to join their team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the race circuit whilst during events
• Issuing the correct flags to drivers whilst they are racing on circuit.
• Relaying information carefully and correctly back to the Race Director.
• Keeping up track appearance and safety in accordance with the company’s safety standard.
• Ensuring Daytona guests have an enjoyable experience whilst providing excellent customer service throughout.

Skills and Essentials:

• The candidate must be presentable, reliable, confident liaising with guests.
• Have the drive and commitment to be successful to further develop career and skills.
• Have excellent first-class communication, people and team working skills.
• Be self-motivated and have the desire to be the best.
• Have bags of enthusiasm and the ability to have fun whilst working.
• Have the ability to work closely as a team in order to provide a safe racing environment for our guests.
• Be available to work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.

Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
