Grocery Associate

Responsibilities

• Review merchandising by sales of products and advertising
• Answer customers’ questions about products
• Support customers in any situation of emergency and accident and inform manager/supervisor immediately.
• Ensure and maintain safe working conditions that meet health department standards.
• Ensure grocery shelves are maintained clean, full, organized and appealing.
• Setup store displays throughout the store to increase sales.
• Conduct periodic thorough cleaning of displays, equipment and floor.
• Check inventory and rotation activities to reduce damage and expired products.
• Receive grocery items delivery and confirm the accuracy of both order and invoice, then send products to the store or warehouse at the right place.
• Other duties as required
