Ground Worker/Plant Operator

Job Description

Mainty Group are looking for a Self Employed (CIS Scheme) Ground Worker to support with our continuing Projects. Our services consist of major planned refurbishment works, domestic and commercial, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs. Due to the high demand and expanse off the company we are looking for several Multi Trades People in the South Wales and West region.

Duties & requirements
– Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by supervisor
– Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
– Operate hand tools and power tools as necessary
– Clean and maintain work area and equipment
– Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear

Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in a labor-intensive role preferred
– Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
– Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
– Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime

• Driving Licence (required)
