We are looking for a vibrant and experienced Head of Housekeeping to lead our Housekeeping and Laundry team as we open our highly prestigious luxury care home, Haddenham Park Care Home & Apartments in Buckinghamshire.

● An inspirational manager and as a key member of our leadership team you’ll guide and develop a dedicated, passionate team.

● Ensuring your team achieve and maintain high standards, including a robust infection control process, in line the guidelines set out by Majesticare will be of the utmost importance.

● Experienced in COSHH regulations, you understand and lead your team in how, what and when to use the correct products for each task and how to securely and safely store and dispose of these.

● Throughout your working day, you’ll love the moments to encourage & guide residents to reach even the smallest of achievements.

● With warm relationships, residents will feel supported to be independent, make their own choices, and always feel dignified.

● Highly organised, you’ll develop and maintain and inventory and ordering system for housekeeping supplies monitoring usage to prevent waste and remain within budgets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
