You’ll be joining us at our Lower Brook Street practice in Rugeley.

Working Monday to Friday (8:45am-5:30pm), and 1 Saturday a month.

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity to join the team here at The Mere Court Hotel leading the Reception team.

As the Head Receptionist you will report directly to the Operations Manager. Duties to include

-Reservations both via email and over the phone.

– Managing inventory of bedroom stock

– Managing OTA’s and promotions to maximise Occupancy and rate

– Checking in and out

– Taking payments

– Reservation weekly checks

– Cash handling and float checks

As the first point of contact with our guests at every stage of their stay, good customer service is a must.

Previous experience in a hospitality business would be preferable but not essential.

Shifts are 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm including weekends.
