The Opportunity

Medivet Yeading is seeking a Head RVN to lead our nursing team. This practice is in the enviable position of being very recently refurbished to a lovely high standard. We boast two consult rooms, plus a separate nurse consult, a huge prep room (we often joke about hosting Pilates classes!) as well as a spacious waiting area, a designated imaging room, refurbished theatre with new ultrasound, dental and radiography machines and staff room; it really is a lovely space to work in!

This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week.

The Opportunity

We have a new and exciting HRVN opportunity at our established West Byfleet branch. A charming and established clinic based in the picturesque county of Surrey, this practice hosts state of the art equipment including its own dental suite with CR7 dental radiography, a brand X-ray machine, ultrasound, fully equipped theatre and in-house laboratory facilities.

Vet Hannah has been a partner at West Byfleet since September 2017 and has a very organised and friendly team behind her. The client base is well established, loyal, and dedicated to excellent standards of pet care.

The role will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the day-to-day running of the practice. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop the practice and the team clinically with the Branch Partner. As a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse you will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties as well as sharing best practice with your team and helping to support and develop the student nurses in your practice.

You will manage a team of Nurses and reception staff and all of our Head Nurses are provided with dedicated support from our Practice Manager and Branch Partner and Operations Director as needed.

This role is full time working 43 hours per week with 1:4 weekends at Wokingham 24 Hour.

West Byfleet is an excellent transport hub with quick rail links into London and within 20 minutes’ drive of Heathrow, with equally quick and easy access to tranquil countryside settings.

Our lovely Whitton practice are looking for a Head RVN to lead the team. By joining us, you’ll be part of a large supportive team who deliver exceptional care by putting patients and clients first.

We are a relatively small but friendly and supportive team with a focus on providing a personalised, caring service to our clients. We see a high number of ophthalmology cases including second opinion work.

We are looking for someone who has the drive and ambition to develop their career and who are passionate about optimising the client and patient experience. Whitton has 2 vets and a full support team, with experience in clinical coaching. The clinic is very well equipped and lead by our two branch partners who create a friendly and welcoming environment.

The clinic is located in Whitton near to Twickenham stadium and the surrounding amenities. We are walking distance from Hounslow train station and easy access from the A316/M3.

This is full time maternity cover, working 40 hours over 5 days with 1:6 weekends.
