HGV Class 2 Driver (Temp To Perm)

Job Description

HGV Class 2 Temp To Perm driver urgently required for a busy Pallet delivery client based out of Thetford. The client is looking for a HGV Class 2 driver that are customer focused, can cope with last minute additional jobs added to the day and are physically capable of using an electric pump truck where no FLT is available.

The day consists of deliveries in the mornings to mid-afternoon, and collections of pallets in the late afternoon to return to base with.

Start times are typically 0800 with a finish time varied from 1700-1800 hours on a Monday to Friday basis.

This position is Temp to Perm, vehicles are very well maintained and reliable.

Monday to Friday £16.00 Per Hour

Average week is 50 hrs.

You will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Max 6 points – If you have IN10, DD, CD, DG or DR convictions we will not work you
• 12 months minimum UK Driving experience required
• Drivers CPC
• Digi Card
• Able to complete daily safety checks each day
• Able to operate curtains and tail lifts
• Available Long Term and On-going
