HGV2 Driver (Days)
Job Description
Our client a well-known national transport business require HGV 2 Drivers to join their growing Branston operation.
The Role
This is a home delivery role, successful candidates will be required to work within a 2-person crew and will be responsible for the safe delivery of Kitchens and Bathrooms to domestic addresses.
The role is physical in nature, crews will be expected to be able to lift the product during each of the deliveries.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday role with start times between 0500-0730 daily. Shifts are typically 10-12 hours but may vary.
The role is paid weekly during trial period.
Requirements
- A current valid UK Cat C Driving entitlement
- A minimum of 1 year experience driving this class of vehicle.
- A current valid DQC and Driver Card
- No more than 6 endorsement points – No DR, DD or CD endorsements.
- Drivers will be required to successfully complete a brief driving assessment, theory test and undergo drug and alcohol testing.
Immediate starts available following registration and interview.
