Highways Supervisor

Job Description

Multevo are seeking an experienced highway maintenance Supervisor to oversee our contracts in Staffordshire. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of the works programme and managing team performance within your allocated contracts. We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role, are operationally focused and have excellent knowledge highway maintenance and health and safety.

You will be primarily involved in the successful day-to-day running of our patching operations and will help manage the efficient, productive and safe coordination of works. You will help drive consistency and quality of our works to meet high standards and best practice.

Experience required is as follows:

• Full driving licence
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Adaptability and Flexibility
• Leadership qualities and experience of leading and motivating a team
• Planning and scheduling skills
• Ability to work nights if required
• Able to pass a drug and alcohol test

• NRSWA Streetworks Qualification (preferred)
