Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Address any customer requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organised inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out cleaning duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to carry out cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• A valid driver’s licence is preferred but not mandatory.

Your Role:

• Provide exceptional cleaning services to our clients in and around Chelmsford.
• Ensure homes are cleaned to the highest standard, leaving clients satisfied every time.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
