What We Do
- Specialise in complex aluminium and iron sand casting for automotive, motorsport, and aerospace sectors
- Develop advanced manufacturing solutions using state-of-the-art technologies
- Focus on lightweight, high-integrity casting techniques that support green energy and electrification
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will proactively establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices for the production of world-leading innovations.
- Act as the lead competent person for environment, health and safety, as defined by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, and Environmental Policy.
- Ensure the group of companies complies with current legislation, approved codes of practice and guidance in relation to employment and service provision.
- Manage the Environmental, Health and Safety team
What We’re Looking For
- Current, valid driving licence,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent qualification
- Experience of operating in a health, safety and environmental position
- Knowledge and understanding of all legislative requirements and Codes of Practice relating to occupational health, safety and environment
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge constructively
