In-Home Carer – Supporting Clients at Home

We are recruiting compassionate In-Home Carers to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes across Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, and Sevenoaks. With pay rates ranging from £15.35 to £18.35 per hour, depending on your experience, qualifications, and the time of your shift, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying a fulfilling career.

About the Role:
As an In-Home Carer, you will help clients maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. Your care and support will enhance their quality of life and provide reassurance to their families.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and supporting daily routines and mobility.
• Helping clients maintain their independence through assistance with errands, hobbies, and daily activities.
• Working closely with family members and healthcare professionals to meet each client’s individual needs.

Shifts are available between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, offering flexible working options.
