KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supply Chain Analysis:
    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including potential stockouts and overstock situations.

o Manage STEM & Availability for the related portfolio

  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize holding costs and maximize product availability.
    • Implement and maintain inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaboration:

o Collaborate with Regional Supply & Demand organization to execute forecast & supply & inventory improvement plans

    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Prepare and present Availability reports and Supply risks.

o Undertake root cause analysis of OTIFD impact to develop corrective action plans to ensure reliability of supply

o Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance supply chain performance.

  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate and reliable product supply.
    • Address and resolve any supply chain issues that may impact customer service.
Qualifications


Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management tools and software (e.g., SAP, Excel, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, or a related role.
  • Experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.
