Job Description: Incidents Day Administrator
Location: Stratford, London
Employment Status: Full Time Employment
Salary: £26,000
Reporting To: Incidents Supervisor
Work Structure: on site, 5 days a week.
Main Purpose of the Position:
As the Incidents Administrator, you will be responsible for processing all notifiable
incidents occurring in our accommodations within specified timeframes, ensuring
efficient and accurate reporting to our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate absolute command and control, whilst maintaining an overall incident perspective and ensuring the Incident processes are followed.
- Assist in the processing of ‘Priority incidents’ where required.
- Deliver results and achieve SLA/KPI performance by focusing on effective cross functional team working tasks.
- Proactively monitor incident resolution, analyse and highlight trends and root causes to Problem Management and/or support teams.
- Publish a wide range of various and different types of incident reports daily detailing as much information where necessary.
- Fully support the Incidents Team where necessary.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks when required.

- Proficient in written and verbal communication for interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse data and present it in a variety of formats.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Up to date with all company policies and procedures.
- Collaborative team player with ability to work independently.
- Experience handling confidential data.
Communication- Internal and External:
- Provide support to the team members.
- Respond promptly and resolve queries clearly and efficiently.
- Excellent people skills and relationship management.
- Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders and provide good customer service.
- Be able to manage with confidence and sensitivity points of contact which are of a challenging, conflicting and difficult nature.
Requirements:
- Degree Level Qualifications.
- Previous experience of dealing with Incidents.
- Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to set up and maintain an organised work environment.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask.
- Ability to work in a team environment, to put personal preferences aside for the good of the team.
- Ability to accurately type and perform data entry is required.
- To take full responsibility, relevant to the post, for ensuring that company statutes are maintained.
- To work flexibly in undertaking the duties and responsibilities of this job and participate as required in multi-disciplinary cross-department and cross-organisational groups and task teams.
- To undertake any other duties that may be required. These may be varied sometimes to meet the operational needs.
