We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Independent Living Skills Lead teacher to join our team.

• The successful candidate will be required to take an active role in supporting college staff with the effective delivery of Independent Living Skills (ILS) in accordance with the agreed outcomes of the Education Health Care Plan (EHCP)
• To coordinate, monitor and record the progression of ILS activities, providing support and guidance to those delivering the ILS sessions through role modelling.
• You will support staff and learners in Functional Skills, collate, record and rack FS information, undertake diagnostic assessments and deliver discrete provision through a proactive approach.
