Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Interior Designer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and enhancing the interiors of our modular spaces, ensuring they reflect our commitment to luxury and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute interior design concepts for modular construction projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design elements.
  • Select materials, furnishings, and colour palettes that align with project goals and client preferences.
  • Create detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and sustainable practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Batchelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Designer in the construction or design industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
