We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intruder Alarm Engineer to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a variety of projects, installing, maintaining, and servicing intruder alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair intruder alarm systems to a high standard.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on a range of intruder alarm systems.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
- Participate in an on-call rota (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Intruder Alarm Engineer or similar role.
- Knowledge of intruder alarm systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
- Clear DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
