Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Intruder Alarm Engineer to join a dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to work on a variety of projects, installing, maintaining, and servicing intruder alarm systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair intruder alarm systems to a high standard.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on a range of intruder alarm systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work carried out.
  • Participate in an on-call rota (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Intruder Alarm Engineer or similar role.
  • Knowledge of intruder alarm systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Full UK driving license (essential).
  • Clear DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
