IT Hardware Engineer

Masstemps are currently recruiting for a skilled Hardware Engineer to join our busy and expanding IT client based in Droitwich. You will join the current repair team and and help in managing their technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for the diagnostics and repair of used IT equipment including Desktops, laptops, tablets, and other technical equipment/decommissions. You’ll need to be responsive to our customers’ needs, a good communicator, totally reliable, flexible and a team player. Responsibilities:

• Managing your own workload.
• Diagnostics.
• Repairing to a high standard ensuring QA at all times.
• Obtain a high level of attention to detail.
• Work in a fast paced environment against set SLAs.
• Improve and maintain technology.
• Quote and order supplies.

• Experience in a repair workshop environment is essential.
• Confident to use own initiative, whilst maintaining quality at all times.
• Able to work at a fast pace and hit targets.
• Team player always willing to push themselves

Hours of work:

Monday – Friday 8am-4pm

Rate of pay:

£24,000-£25,000 per annum
