IT Systems Manager

Overview
Mulberry Group are expanding and have an opportunity for an IT Systems and Support Manager to join their team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting time as we transition more IT functions in-house.
We are looking for someone with solid knowledge of ticketing systems and experience in implementing proactive measures to improve IT functionality. You’ll be confident in providing technical support and delivering training to end-users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise IT systems, implement new solutions, and drive system improvements.
- Liaise with third-party providers for ongoing support and development.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and introduce preventive measures.
- Collaborate with different departments to identify and resolve inefficiencies using technology.
- Oversee system administration, upgrades, and ensure software security and compliance.
- Provide technical support and training, and act as the subject matter expert for key platforms.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience working with ticketing systems to drive system improvements.
- Previous experience liaising with 3rd party vendors or clients to enhance IT functions.
- Familiarity with Linnworks or Sage 200 is a bonus (not essential).
- Strong understanding of business workflows and leveraging technology to drive improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience in team leadership and delivering end-user training.
This is a 5-day on-site role in our Leyland office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,322.97-£60,000.00 per year
