Job Description

Main Activities & Duties

• We are looking for a jointers mate with experience who wants to progress into an LV Jointer role.
• Support Jointer to carry out electrical works in the connection of new supplies, diversions, and alterations on DNO and IDNO networks
• Support Jointer with cable jointing live LV services and mains cable works
• Support Jointer in carrying out jointing, cabling works on street lighting and other highway furniture.

Qualifications & Skills (ideal but not essential)

• Experience of working in ICP environment
• Live jointing experience
• NRSWA Unit 2 or equivalent
• Manual Handling
• CSCS/SHEA or equivalent
• Electrical background
• Health & Safety awareness
• Ability to follow and complete instructions
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Candidates must hold full driving licence and be prepared to travel and work away nationwide when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
