Due to continued growth, we seek a dynamic individual to join our Design & Sales Consultant team. In this role, you’ll not only qualify and consult with clients on their dream projects but also bring those visions to life through fully costed concept designs. You’ll be their guide from the initial consultation through to the final sign-off, ensuring every detail is perfect.

What sets this role apart is the chance to collaborate with our drafting and manufacturing teams on bespoke designs, making sure the final product exceeds client expectations. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in our team by contributing to new concept development and helping to update our product offerings.

Role & Responsibilities in brief:

• Qualifying initial enquiry leads.
• Meeting with clients for initial consultations.
• Creating fully costed concept designs.
• Presenting the concept design and discussing options & costs with clients.
• Working with the client through amendments to the concept design package & choosing finishes reaching ‘final sign off’ stage.
• Occasionally collaborate with drafting/manufacturing team on some more bespoke or off standard elements to ensure the vision sold to the client is achieved and that we meet or exceed the client’s expectation.

Ad Hoc Duties:

• General office admin and call handling.
• Working with the full Design team creating new concepts updating product offerings & point of sale/marketing material.

Salary Terms:

• Salary will be based on experience, agreeable sales targets and level of training required.
• Salary will be a set base rate + on target earnings/sales commission

Definite Requirements:

• Experience in interiors/home/kitchen design and/or sales.
• CAD experience.

Desirable Qualities/Skills:

• Kitchen industry experience.
• Kitchen specific CAD experience. (In particular Articad)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
