Kutchenhaus Brighton is looking for a full-time, experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join our expanding team.

Our company is a growing business. We pride ourselves on unique and personal designs for kitchens and furniture around the home. We have formed a solid reputation for creating designs that capture the individuality of each client, creating a space that is uniquely theirs and tells a story of a life lived.

The role involves offering a complete service from the first meeting to the final part of a project, working closely with our clients in their homes as well as in our showroom. Time management and working to deadlines play an important role.

We would expect our designer to manage his/her projects from start to finish.

You will become part of a passionate and dynamic team at a growing family-run business with strong values and ambitions. As someone with experience in selling with integrity and a passion for client service, you will be rewarded with a very competitive uncapped commission for each signed project.

The applicant must have both, excellent customer service and communication skills as well as exceptional design skills. Attention to detail is important as our clients expect perfection.

Expectations

*Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and sales

*IT Skills and knowledge of Microsoft products

*Compusoft Winner CAD design knowledge is essential

*Must be able to drive with a clean licence in your own car

*Must be able to work as part of a team

*Proven track record of exceeding expectations

*Accurate designing and quoting

*Outstanding record in customer relations and sales experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing World Class Customer Service to all our clients over the phone and in person at our showroom must be able to close sales and overcome customer objections. Meeting with customers, preparing and designing project briefs and quotations. Conduct surveys at client’s homes to provide detailed drawings and specifications. Design inspiring Kitchens with clear specifications and excellent attention to follow-up leads, deliver winning presentations and successfully sell a range of products from our Kitchen showroom Manage customer projects from initiation to completion, where required. Potentially work with fitting teams and project manage installations. Place and track orders, and deliveries, and address day-to-day queries. Help develop our online presence alongside our marketing team. Develop meaningful and ongoing relationships with our customers with excellent after-sales service. Be open to working flexibly and adapting to change.

Salary

Competitive salary with an added highly competitive uncapped commission package with £40k-£80k OTE.

Work Schedule

5 days per week, 10.00am-6pm, including Saturdays, Sundays optional
