- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Handle and store cleaning products
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sharpen kitchen knives
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Job Description
- Take accurate food order and answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations
- Operate the cash register and process payment
- Prepare the dishes according to the recipe and follow the standard operations procedure.
- Help to prepare ingredients for meals by washing, cutting, peeling and slicing ingredients.
- Washing workable, cupboards and appliances as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per company requirements
- Support customers in any situation of emergency and accident and inform manager/supervisor immediately
- Comply with all food safety protocols, standard operations procedures, Health and safety, company policies, and other programs and initiatives
