KOTRA London is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and highly motivated individual to join the team.

Location: 1st Floor, 1 Southampton Street, London WC2R 0LR, UK

1. Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct investment support activities including (but not limited to) researching companies of investment interest, managing investment projects, supporting investment related events, e-mailing and calling
• Other ad hoc and administrative duties as may be required by the company
• Regular reporting to Line Manager on progress

2. Preferred Qualifications

• Holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to communicate clearly (fluent in Korean/English language)
• Proven research and market intelligence skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and computer skills
• Marketing, exhibition experience
• Self-reliant and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and international environment, proven team player
• Confident interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels, have strong written skills
• Good planning, organisation and time management skills are also essential
• Ability to multi-task and change direction quickly

3. Salary & Other Information

• Salary: DOE
• Location: London (WC2R 0LR)
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day (Full time)

4. Process

– 1st: Document review (written review of submitted documents such as CV, letter of introduction/reference and certificates)

– 2nd: Interview (comprehensive assessment of skills required to perform the role through interview and foreign language assessment)

– 3rd: Task-based test evaluation may be required if necessary
