King Of Spades Landscaping Ltd is a well-established rapidly growing company based in the in the North West. We offer a wide range of landscaping and grounds maintenance services to our clients who include Home builders and Management companies. Due to our sustained growth, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced soft Landscapers and team leaders.

What we’re looking

MUST HAVE

The right candidate will have the following:

-a can-do attitude and will be willing to work outdoors in all conditions.

– Excellent reliability, timekeeping, attendance and maturity – we can’t let our clients down, so we need people who don’t let us down.

-Completing landscaping work including planting and turfing to a high standard.

-Liaising closely with the operations supervisor and other senior management where appropriate to carry out works effectively.

-Leadership Skills

Desirable

– CSCS Card -Required to work on construction sites, although for the right candidate we can help you obtain one before you join.

– Experience with fencing and flagging

– Full driving licence – if you want to progress to a team leader position, you will need a driving licence and be competent driving a large van/tipper type vehicle.

– Experience- specifically related to soft landscaping projects

-Ability- Ability to read and understand of landscape drawings

– Vocational qualifications in horticulture or related industries will also be a benefit and help you to develop in your career.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
