We are looking for an excellent Lead Behaviour Development Tutor to join our Malcolm Arnold Academy Team. About the role

As the school’s Lead Behaviour Development Tutor you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the reintegration of students from Alternative Provision to the academy’s mainstream curriculum.
  • Supporting students with behaviour strategies to address barriers and succeed in the academy’s mainstream curriculum, e.g. trauma-based therapy, pastoral care, mental health first aid and a focus on attendance.
  • Working with members of the Pastoral, Inclusion and Attendance teams to ensure that the needs of vulnerable children are met.
  • Support vulnerable students and their parents/carers with routines.

Permanent role

37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term-time).
