We have established a substantial presence in Northern Ireland and now plan to further innovate our approach to lead generation and market penetration across the entire Island of Ireland. We have created our sales and business development Strategy and identified an exciting opportunity to grow sales supported by focused marketing and digital lead generation.

Working Pattern:

  • 3.7 hours per week (Flexible and Agile working patterns)
  • Monday to Friday

The Role: (please see attached full job description)

  • Lead Generation Master: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads across multiple channels, including warm calling, email marketing, social media, and content marketing campaigns in line with sales strategy and Target achievement.
  • Campaign Coordinator: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted lead generation campaigns that attract the right prospects for our services.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Engage in outbound prospecting efforts to identify new opportunities and create your quota of sales appointments for the sales team
  • CRM Power User: Use CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics) to track leads, manage follow-ups, and ensure accurate reporting on lead generation metrics.
  • Pipeline Builder: Create and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified leads and appointments passing them to sales for conversion in line with targets.
  • Research Guru: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industries, staying updated on trends that could inform new lead generation strategies.
  • Collaboration Enthusiast: Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to align on goals, share insights, and refine outreach strategies for continuous improvement and lead generation.
  • Metrics-Driven Focus: Track lead generation performance and make data-driven decisions to optimise and improve campaign outcomes.

The Person:

  • Qualification in digital Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally in the facilities management industry
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools, with proven success in outbound prospecting and inbound lead nurturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages that resonate with prospects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing and optimising lead generation efforts.

  • Qualify Leads: Understand prospects’ needs to ensure they’re a great fit for our solutions before passing them to the sales team.
  • Demo Scheduling: Book meetings and demos for our Account Executives while ensuring a seamless handover.
  • CRM Management: Keep our CRM system (Salesforce) up-to-date with accurate records of all interactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to optimise strategies and share market insights.
