Job Summary

We’re looking for a Lead Generator to join our team. You’ll be joining our fun and friendly Sales and Marketing team based at our head office in Darwen, Lancashire. You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business customers, generating new leads, and building strong internal and external relationships through effective communication.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in Sales. If you are right for us we will invest in you and your future by providing funded skills development included as part of the role, including apprenticeships and graduate apprenticeships or accredited training programmes. The role will come with a good basic salary to reflect the experience of the candidate.

Roles will include:

  • Work with the current sales team to seek out and connect with potential business clients via multiple avenues such as outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
  • Nurture and cultivate leads, transforming prospects into valued customers.
  • Support the sales team with enquiries and customer requests to help generate new business.
  • Nurture and sustain strong relationships with clients.
  • Aim to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Support with customer facing activities by attending demos, exhibitions and events.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team with daily administrative tasks, including updating key prospect and customer information in our CRM system.

Desired Skills

  • Highly motivated and target driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Sales, customer service or cold calling experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • An outgoing individual who enjoys working as a team but has the initiative to work independently on tasks when required.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales role (Desirable).
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Desirable).
