We are on the lookout for a Leisure Reception Supervisor to join our bunch.

Located in Newbury, Berkshire, just off junction 13 on the M4 and 55 minutes away from London by train.

Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa is a privately owned fabulous 4* hotel, boasting a luxury health club and spa, an 18 hole golf course, an award winning restaurant and a fabulous outside dining concept The Hangout.

We are looking for a Leisure Reception Supervisor to join our bunch working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. The role will include early and late shifts as well as weekends.

The Leisure Reception Supervisor Role

The main purpose of the role is:

• To welcome all members and guests to the spa and to answer all enquiries enthusiastically and with patience.
• To have a complete knowledge of the treatments and services offered, and any promotions that may be on offer at the time.
• To ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance requested by the Health Club Manager are implemented and adhered to by all front of house team
• Manage the day to day running of the Spa reception
• Complete monthly team meetings
• Complete Return to works, reviews with all reception team
• Complete membership tours and sign ups

The ideal candidate will be dedicated, hard working, polite and customer focused individual who possesses excellent communication skills with strong spoken and written English skills.
