Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to oversee the operations of our Staines office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work well as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all branch operations to achieve monthly targets and enhance profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve and maintain branch performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily activities and provide guidance to team members to optimise productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of branch performance.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in management or business administration are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,500.00-£30,000.00 per year

  • Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
  • Dealing with tenancy progression
  • Gain market appraisals
  • Keeping records of all activity
  • Sell all company services strongly to generate new and repeat business
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Offer a first class level of customer service at all times

Key Skills

  • Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills – must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of the local area and property market
  • Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
  • Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in the lettings industry is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

In return we offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £23,000 – £28,000per annum
  • Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
  • 3 months guaranteed commission pay
  • 5 day working week, to include Saturdays
  • Pension Scheme

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

  • You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
