Lighting Technician

Location: Slough
We have an excellent opportunity for a Lighting Technician to join a world leading supplier of lighting equipment to the Film and Entertainment industries. With significant growth over the last years, and strong presence all-over the globe, this company can offer excellent support, training and career prospects/opportunities to the right candidate.
Working with and learning on a wide spectrum of lighting equipment, The Lighting Technician will play a key part in this company’s fast paced scaling and global growth.
As a Lighting Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance and repair of a wide variety of lighting equipment.
- Preparing and testing equipment, while achieving the expected quality standards, therefore, enabling the equipment to be available to meet the ever changing demands of customers.
- Refurbishing, repairing and storing returned equipment
- Warehouse duties
Experience required for the Lighting Technician
- Experience and able to set up and test lighting or electrical equipment
- Experience in the lighting industry (specially within the Film, TV or Entertainment industries would be a distinct advantage, however not essential
- Physically fit and able to carry manual handling duties
- Technical qualifications would be an advantage, however, not essential
