The Position: We’re looking for a Line cook, full-time (35-40 hours per week) The pay range depends on experience; we offer an hourly rate plus average tips of approximately $3-4/hour.
*Staff benefits are available for those working full-time (35 hours+)

Requirements:

· A friendly disposition and passionate work ethic

· Ability to work a combination of days, evenings, and weekends.

· Food safety experience an asset

· A great communicator and listener

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and making sauces.
• Maintain kitchen and workstation cleanliness and organization.
• Support cooking tasks like grilling, frying, and sautéing.
• Help manage inventory by monitoring and stocking ingredients.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service.

Licence/Certification:

• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
