Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales consultant (3 years +) to join our team in providing exceptional service to our customers both in store and online.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

– Manage warehouse and monitor stock levels
– Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
– Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling
– Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
– Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

-Have an in depth knowledge of all stock

– Contributing to the maintenance of shop standards and keeping all dresses well presented on the racks

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a sales role in luxury or premium products
– Positive can do attitude with flexible working approach

-A strong understanding and enthusiasm for the product
-Outgoing team player with excellent communication skills

– Immaculately well presented

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
