Diamond Heaven are looking for Luxury Sales Executives to work in our London showroom.

Over the last 13 years Diamond Heaven has grown from a small website based company to one of a leading fine diamond jewellery company with several locations in Hatton Garden London, Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, Manchester City Centre, Leeds City Centre, Glasgow, Cardiff, Liverpool, Belfast and soon to be open Newcastle.

We are now looking for a Sales Executive who can provide an excellent level of customer service within a busy retail environment and have very good customer experience orientated attitude.

With many of our clients choosing diamond jewellery, it will be your responsibility to ensure we guide them to their desired item providing all the advice they require along the way.

About the Role:

• Provide excellent customer service to all of our prospective clients during their time in our showroom.
• Ensure that the store and all products are kept presentable at all times.
• Manage and participate in client appointments both in store, over the phone and by video if required.
• Great customer aftercare, helping to build a good client base.
• Guide clients to their desired item in a timely manner.
• Meet monthly sales and customer review targets.
• You’ll get to work with stunning pieces of Diamond Jewellery.
• You will be trained and guided to understand various aspects of diamonds and jewellery.
• The candidate must be well motivated, well presented and above all deliver top customer service.
• Weekend working required.

Experience within the retail/jewellery sector is necessary.

Will provide a competitive salary along with incentives and commission for all our staff on top of your salary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Working in Hatton Garden area: 1 year (preferred)
• Diamond Jewellery: 1 year (preferred)
