Job Description:
As a Reactive Maintenance Administrator, you will play a critical role in our operations by managing repair requests from our valued clients within the social housing sector. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work Order Management: Receive, process, and raise work orders using our internal systems efficiently and accurately.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate the appropriate resources to each work order to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Progress Tracking: Follow up on work orders and gather completion information to keep all stakeholders updated.
- Client Communication: Regularly update clients and key stakeholders on the status and progress of work orders, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of work orders, resource allocation, and client communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a focus on contracts or project management preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the social housing sector or similar is a plus but not essential.
