About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing business in Exeter. As a multi-skilled professional, you will lead a team of engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

•Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance engineers.

•Oversee and implement planned and reactive maintenance schedules.

•Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical faults.

•Ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing regulations.

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

•Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a maintenance role.

•Multi-skilled with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems.

•Background in food manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment.

•Strong organizational and leadership skills.
