Job Description
Manager, Product Growth Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an impact-oriented team of product growth analysts
- Lead strategy across a large product area and drive cross-organizational alignment
- Drive long term growth of Meta products through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences
- Understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy
- Identify opportunities to drive growth and prioritize them to maximize long term growth
- Enable execution on high-impact projects by building effective cross-functional relationships, driving clarity on goals, and implementing collaborative solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience as a people manager
- 8+ years experience working in an analytics or product role
- Experience collaborating across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive towards common product goals
- Experience in quantitative analysis geared towards drawing actionable insights from complex datasets
- Experimentation experience in designing multivariate tests, synthesize test results and build frameworks to make data-informed launch decisions
- Product ideation experience to apply growth tactics broadly to different product areas and think through detailed elements of a product experience
- Experience communicating data-driven product insights to influence leadership direction
- Experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL)
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Statistics or related quantitative field
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, advertising or growth
