Marketing Executive (TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITY)

• Location: Maidenhead with on-site travel to High Wycombe and Slough

• Salary: up to £33,000 per annum

• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

• Immediate start

• Temporary position with the view to go permanent

As a Marketing Executive for one of the most prestigious developers in the UK, you be part of a dynamic team in the property sector, where creativity meets strategy!

Role & Responsibilities

• 
  Unleash your creative vision by designing flyers, invitations, and presentations for the sales and international teams using applications such as Adobe, InDesign, and Canva.

• 
  Flex your copy writing skills by maintaining and update the company website, ensuring all content is current and engaging, as well as writing compelling copy for digital adverts and emails.

• 
  Be a trend setter by managing social media posting, reporting on trends, and sourcing influencers where needed. Run the digital and social media content department, producing high-quality digital and social media posts.

• Work with high profile clients by liaising with media booking agencies or directly book advertising.

• 
  Cast your critical and valued eye over online presence, proofreading comments on online and offline advertising materials, press releases and PR materials.

• 
  Be the vision of the business, arranging imagery and coordinating approval processes with the PR agency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social media management in a property context.
• Some sales experience is ideal, as you’ll support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car for site visits.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
