Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing & Social Media Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s social media presence, developing content, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency in all social media activities, maintaining the company’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Monitor and maintain the reputation of the brand across digital platforms.
- Community Engagement:
- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely manner.
- Build and nurture a strong online community through interactive content and engagement.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Use data insights to optimize social media campaigns, content strategy, and engagement tactics.
- Paid Advertising & Campaigns:
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad performance tracking.
- Develop paid media strategies to increase reach, drive traffic, and boost conversions.
- Collaboration with Marketing & Sales Teams:
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, copywriting, product, and sales) to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing integrated marketing campaigns and promotions that drive both online and offline sales.
- Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Creative mindset with strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies
