Meat Packer

Job Description

McKee’s are currently looking for a meat vac packer to join our team and assist within our butchery department.

Full time & Part time available

Duties include:
– Operating a vacuum packing machine
– Ensuring accurate labelling and packaging of products
– Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area
– Follow food safety guidelines and health & safety
– Collaborate with other team members to meet goals.

Experience:
– Previous experience in food production or packaging preferred
– Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring and weighing ingredients

Skills:
– Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate packaging and labelling
– Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
– Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
– Basic understanding of food safety practices and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
