Dodd Group requires a Mechanical Project Manager to initiate and deliver projects predominately within the Manchester, Liverpool and surrounding areas.

The role –

The position is based in between the offices and sites as needed where you will be required to manage projects of a typical M&E value of approximately £5million. Project locations are across the NW region. The majority of projects are delivered in and around the Manchester and Liverpool area. Project workstream is either with Tier 1 Main Contractors or acting as a Principal Contractor direct to our blue-chip Client base. The role is hybrid working between either the Stockport & Liverpool office and project sites.

You will require a background in the Mechanical Building Services and significant experience of project supervision and management roles. MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are essential. Experience with Asta programming or similar software is beneficial.

Based on site, duties will include-

· Liaison with Clients, Supply Chain, Delivery Teams and Senior Management.

· QHSE Management with support from QHSE Regional Manager,

· Conducting & attending internal CVR/Progress Meetings/Contract Reviews & similar.

· Project Financial Management, including populating profit & loss forecasts.

· Specification and Procurement of Project Supply Chain.

· Management of Site Based Delivery Team.

· Construction Design Management.

· Programme & Progress Management

· Project Commercial Awareness

· Project Technical Support

· Commissioning Management, including fulfilling practical completion requirements.

· Aftercare Management
