Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will perform a variety of aesthetic treatments and have the opportunity to contribute to our training academy, thereby enhancing their earnings through teaching. This role will be based at our Cardiff clinic and may involve splitting time between different clinic locations if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations and deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide post-treatment care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain excellent client relationships through professional advice and support.
• Contribute to our training academy by teaching and mentoring other aesthetic practitioners and students, demonstrating a strong interest in education and training.

Requirements:

• GMC or NMC registration.
• Providing and teaching aesthetic treatment ( Dermal fillers, fat dissolving, anti-wrinkle and skin boosters)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics.
• Proficient in injectable treatments with a demonstrated track record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prescribing (desirable , not mandatory)
• Candidates possessing both social media (content creation) and genuine interest in teaching and training will be preferred.
• Must have their own Aesthetic Insurance.
• Willingness to work across multiple clinic locations if required.

Licence / Certification:

· Advance Botox and Filler course certificate (Required)

· AET Level 3 Education and Training ( Desirable)
