Job Description

The Company:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies, T/O c£30m, who design, install and maintain commercial M&E services.

The Role:
Working, you will be responsible for the servicing and reactive maintenance of gas boilers in commercial offices, schools and commercial buildings across the M62 corridor . You will also cover first line maintenance to general HVAC plant.

The Person:
It is essential that you are a fully qualified commercial gas engineer.

The Salary:

Salary is negotiable but competitive.
Travel time is 30 minutes unpaid each way but this could be negotiable depending on location.
Basic 3%/5% pension
Holidays 24 days + Stats
40 Hours per week
Renault Kangoo Company van which can be used for personal use
Call out rota 1-6 Standby £100
O/T rates X1.41 after 8 hours and Sat morning / x1.81 after 12hours and Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
