Your Role:

• Classroom Preparation: Establish and maintain a clean, high-quality Montessori learning environment.
• Key Person: Be a key person for a group of children, engaging parents and handling observations, assessments, and reports.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in collaborative planning that aligns Montessori principles with our learning goals. Share your expertise to help colleagues understand and practice Montessori methods effectively.
• Lesson Planning & Evaluation: Deliver and evaluate lesson plans tailored to the children’s unique needs. Observe and document their progress using our EYFS tool.
• Training & Compliance: Attend necessary training and adhere to nursery policies and procedures.
• Child Safety: Be a role model, prioritizing children’s safety and maintaining secure safeguarding practices.
• Creative Activities: Design new activities that cater to the unique needs of each child.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 41 per week

Experience:

• Montessori teaching: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Montessori teaching qualification (required)
